Refund Policy

We stand behind our work. Because filing services involve real labor and non-refundable government fees, the following rules apply.

1. Service Fees

• Before work begins: Service fees are refundable in full if requested before our team has started preparing your filing.
• After work begins: A partial refund may be issued at our discretion, less labor already performed.
• After submission: Once a filing has been submitted to a state or the IRS, service fees are non-refundable.

2. Government Fees

State filing fees, IRS fees, and other third-party government fees are non-refundable once paid to the agency.

3. Recurring Services

Registered agent, virtual address, and membership subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; previously paid periods are non-refundable.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact us first at hello@dscottingham.com — most issues are resolved within one business day. Chargebacks filed without contacting us may result in account suspension.
