• You are responsible for any government filing fees, franchise taxes, and renewals.
• You authorize us to act as your filer/agent for the Services purchased.

4. Fees & Payment

Service fees are due at the time of purchase. Government filing fees are separate and non-refundable once submitted to the state or IRS.

5. Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times depend on state and IRS processing and are not guaranteed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate Services for non-payment, fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
